As General Manager, you'll orchestrate the seamless operation of the restaurant, ensuring each guest encounter is memorable and enchanting.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the management team and staff, making sure everyone delivers top-notch service.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, and finances.
- Make sure every team member sticks to quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and partners.
- Come up with new ideas to improve service and boost revenue.
- Keep an eye on finances to control costs and increase profits.

Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of restaurant management experience, with 2 years in a General Manager role in a fine dining / upscale restaurant setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and business skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and making guests happy.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office
- A degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
